A Note from Our Founder: With Gratitude

Today is one of those moments that takes my breath away.

For years, we’ve dreamed, planned, and worked side by side with families, neighbors, and community partners to bring The Museum School of East Dallas to life. And now, we’re officially opening applications for our very first school year.

This moment belongs to all of us. It belongs to the parents who showed up to early meetings with ideas and hope. It belongs to the children who inspired every decision we made. It belongs to the partners who shared their expertise and believed in what could be.

The Museum School began with one simple belief, that curiosity, creativity, and connection can change everything for a child. What started as a dream around kitchen tables and community spaces is becoming a public school designed by and for East Dallas families.

As we open our doors to our founding families, I want to say thank you. Thank you for believing that school can be more than walls and worksheets, that it can be a place of wonder, discovery, and belonging.
